Open in TelegramOpen in browser
How do I get started?
Sign up in your dashboard— via email, Google, Yandex, VKontakte, Telegram or Apple. Pick a plan, download the app and connect — under a minute, no server or protocol setup. Passkey (Face ID / fingerprint) can be linked later in your dashboard to sign in faster.
I forgot which way I signed up. How do I get back in?
Use the same method you signed up with — the account is tied to it. Signed up with an email? Ask for a one-time code on the sign-in screen: it arrives in the mail, and there is no password to remember — the service doesn't use passwords at all. Signed up with Google, Yandex, VKontakte, Telegram or Apple? Press the same button.
What does “5-day trial” mean?
After signing up we open access for 5 days — no payment, no card on file. It's a full VPN with every feature, so you can test speed and stability for your own use. Like it — pick a plan and pay; don't — just close the tab, nothing gets charged.
Do Russian sites (state portals, banks) still work?
Yes — a smart filter routes these apps and sites directly without VPN, while the rest of your traffic stays encrypted. No need to toggle VPN on and off every time you open your bank.
Do I have to add a card?
No. Signup and trial don't need a card — email or Telegram / Google / Yandex sign-in is enough. You can add a card later from your dashboardif you'd like auto-renewal. You stay in control of it — turn it on, off, or change it any time.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your first subscription payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee (one time). Decision in one business day, refund goes back the same way you paid. See the refund policy for details, or message support.
Is the service secure? What data do you collect?
The connection is encrypted with modern protocols, so anyone in between you and the internet sees only the encrypted stream. Signing in takes an email or a Telegram / Google / Yandex account. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to ad networks or data brokers; what the infrastructure does record, and for how long, is listed in the Privacy Statement.
