Which app should I pick?
If you're not sure — take the first one on your OS tab, marked «Recommended». We've tested those ourselves: they respect the device limit on your plan and automatically pick the stablest connection path. The rest live under the alternatives button — for users who want a specific app.
What if the installer won't open?
Windows and macOS may warn about an «unknown developer» — that's normal for apps outside the store. Right-click the file → «Open», and confirm the launch. If that didn't help, message our Telegram bot — we'll send an alternative build or walk you through it step by step.
Where do I get the Subscription link?
The link arrives in our Telegram bot after payment. The bot has a «Get Subscription» button — it opens a page with an «Add to app» button. The configuration loads itself, no copying needed.
How do I update to a new version?
Apps from the App Store and Google Play update automatically. For apps from other sources (Windows .exe, Linux .deb, Android APK) — download the fresh installer from this page and run it over the old version; your settings are preserved.
Can I install the VPN on several devices at once?
Yes — the same Subscription works on every device. The number of simultaneous connections depends on your plan; we show the limit in the Dashboard. Got more devices? Connect a router and cover the whole network at once.
