How to sign in, link several sign-in methods and avoid losing access to your account.

Link at least two sign-in methods
If you only sign in with one account and lose access to it, getting your subscription back is painful. A couple of extra links prevent that in under a minute.
Step 1
Open your profile
The profile opens from the bottom navigation. It holds your subscriptions, payments, promo codes, gifts and sign-in settings.

Link your sign-in methods
The sign-in section shows which accounts are already linked and which you can add: email, Telegram, Google, Yandex, VK, Apple. Linking takes seconds and makes sign-in far more robust.

Check that sign-in works
The dashboard opens both in the Telegram bot and in a browser — same account, same subscription. It’s worth signing in both ways once to confirm everything is linked correctly.

Common questions
Are the bot and the website different accounts?
No, it’s one account. Subscription, payments and devices are shared — only the way you sign in differs.
I lost access to my sign-in account
If a second method is linked, sign in with it and add a new one. If there was only one method, contact support: recovery is possible but you’ll need to prove ownership of the subscription.
